Caveats
- The CoSMo2017 PHS MATLAB files are modified from the original Palmer-Huk-Shadlen Experiment 1 data: bad trials were removed, motion direction and coherence were combined into signed coherence, and reaction times were converted to seconds.
- Choice is coded as 0 left and 1 right. Correctness is reconstructed from signed coherence and choice using the CoSMo2017 analysis convention that treats zero-coherence trials as rightward.
- Empirical bias and threshold use linear interpolation over empirical p(right). Fitted values use a four-parameter logistic model rather than the Palmer-Huk-Shadlen diffusion-model fit.
