Figshare article 24179829 provides code.zip and data.zip under CC BY 4.0. The MVP adapter downloads data.zip and reads generated behavior CSVs directly from the archive without ingesting photometry traces or model-output arrays.
Dataset
Fritsche temporal-regularities visual decision Figshare dataset
Public behavior, photometry, and analysis-code deposit for mice performing a wheel-based visual contrast decision task with Neutral, Repeating, and Alternating stimulus-side sequence environments.

Expected trial-table mapping
Canonical fields the harmonizer expects this dataset to populate.
| Canonical field | Source mapping |
|---|---|
| choice | Left/Right wheel choice; source NoGo mapped to canonical no-response. |
| correct | feedback Rewarded/Unrewarded mapped to correctness. |
| evidence_strength | Absolute signed contrast in percent contrast. |
| feedback | feedback Rewarded/Unrewarded mapped to reward/error. |
| response_time | choiceStartTime minus stimulusOnsetTime, falling back to source rt. |
| session_id | expRef |
| stimulus_side | Side with higher contrast, or none for zero-contrast rows. |
| stimulus_value | 100 * (contrastRight - contrastLeft), right-positive. |
| subject_id | mouseName |
| task_variables | Experiment key, environment, contrastLeft/contrastRight, correctResponse, repeatIncorrect, repeatNumber, rewardContingency, sessionNum, timing fields, altitude, source exclusion flags, and choice-history helper columns. |
| trial_index | trialNumber, with source row order retained in source metadata. |
Caveats
- Current generated report covers behavior CSVs, code.zip manifesting, and artifact-level provenance while deferring photometry traces and dopamine-model alignment.
- The source archive includes an IBL comparison CSV; the MVP adapter does not duplicate IBL source coverage from that table.
