The repository record exposes metadata and a dataset storage-area link. The atlas adapter expects the MATLAB file to be downloaded locally and preserves the 25-bin stimulus event lists for descriptive event-kernel analyses.
Dataset
Odoemene visual evidence accumulation CSHL dataset
Public CSHL repository dataset for unrestrained mice judging visual flash-rate sequences, including raw trial-wise choice data for the large behavioral cohort and manipulation sessions.

Expected trial-table mapping
Canonical fields the harmonizer expects this dataset to populate.
| Canonical field | Source mapping |
|---|---|
| choice | Left or right port choice mapped to low-rate or high-rate category. |
| correct | Source outcome mapped to boolean correctness. |
| evidence_strength | Distance from category boundary in flashes per second. |
| feedback | Reward or timeout outcome. |
| response_time | Port response latency relative to go tone or stimulus end. |
| session_id | Behavioral session or manipulation-session identifier. |
| stimulus_side | Response contingency side for high-rate choice where available. |
| stimulus_value | Flash rate or signed high-minus-low evidence code. |
| subject_id | Mouse identifier from raw choice data. |
| task_variables | flash times, flash rate, brightness condition, stimulus duration, go tone, previous choice/outcome, optogenetic manipulation flag, and contingency group. |
| trial_index | Trial number within session. |
Caveats
- The storage link is indirect through a repository PDF, so automated download needs a small resolver.
- The public metadata describes 25-bin event indicators rather than exact continuous flash timestamps.
