Each click contributes an impulse to a hidden integrator that may leak (λ) and is bounded; the observer reports the sign of the integrator at the end of the click train (or, for free-response variants, when a bound is hit). Distinct from DDM because the evidence is a stream of discrete events whose rate is the stimulus, not a continuous signed value. Supports leaky vs. linear (perfect) integration as competing variants.

Single-accumulator DDM for two-alternative forced choice. Evidence accumulates as a Wiener process with drift v toward two absorbing bounds at ±a/2 (or 0 / a depending on parameterization); the observer reports the bound that gets hit first. Non-decision time t0 captures pre/post-decision latency. Predicts both choice probability and the full RT distribution from the closed-form first-passage time density (Navarro & Fuss, 2009). Variants extend with lapse, starting-point bias, drift bias, across-trial variability, and collapsing bounds.
